I Spy

Players: 2+

Materials: an area with many objects in it

Time: 2+ minutes

Instructions:

1.  Look around you and find something to “spy.”

2.  Tell the other player (s), “I spy with my little eye, something that…” and a description of that thing. It can be a color, a shape, the letter that the word starts with, an adjective, anything.

3.  The other players guess what you were looking at.

4.  Many people play I Spy where you only get one guess, but it’s up to you.

 Example:

Player 1: I spy with my little eye, something that is brown.

Player 2: Is it the ground?

Player 1: Nope, try again.

Player 2: I don’t know; give me a hint.

Player 1: It starts with E.

Player 2: I give up.

Player 1: Your eyes, fool!

Tip: After finding what you want to say, keep looking around or it will be easy to guess.
